[For Illustration Commissions] I don't work well on only descriptions so it would be nice if you have a reference ready but it's not required.

If I have accepted the commission, I will first send an invoice, and after the invoice has been paid, I will get back to you within a week or two with a rough sketch.

I reserve the right to turn down a commission request

Payment expected within 24hrs after I send the invoice unless communicated and agreed upon otherwise

[For Illustration Commissions] Full drawing will start after full payment has been received

[For Vtuber Model Commissions] Full model drawing will start after any portion of payment has been received to the invoice, but will not be sent out until the full payment is received.

This is a digital good, there will be no physical product sent to the commissioner

I will not be rushing to complete any commissions. Unless there is a specific deadline agreed upon or a rush fee paid, I will not be rushing to complete the commission. I will get it out in a timely manner but it will not be my number 1 priority.

This line will be updated each time commissions are opened: Rush commissions are currently not an option due to an unpredictable schedule. Only commission if you are able to wait.

I, the artist, have full rights to post whatever WIP (work in progress) screenshots and parts of the workflow on my social media

If there is no mention or discussion of this term or policy before the invoice is sent, I will assume the client has agreed to my posting of any WIPs.

In the case where the client wishes that I do not post, I reserve the rights to charge an NDA fee if the client wishes to keep their commission from being posted on my social media pages.

The client has my permission to repost the artwork wherever they would like. Credit is needed to be given and they are not allowed to claim the art as their own. When crediting me, please credit me properly using @Sa1ty_Jelly on Twitter or Instagram.

Personal use commissions are for personal use, meaning no printing and selling of what I draw. Using the art as banners, profile pictures, background pictures, etc. is considered personal use and is allowed.

Commercial use commissions are available, and the terms and conditions of those will be agreed upon in private. If the commissioned piece is an illustration, there will be an additional fee for items of this category. Commercial use includes activities such as streaming, selling, or anything used to expand on your brand.

Illustration commissions are default personal use, meaning no printing and selling of what I draw. Using the art as banners, profile pictures, background pictures, etc. is considered personal use and is allowed.

The invoice will be sent through Stripe or Paypal, depending on which service is chosen. After payment, I will send you one or two sketches.

During this time the client can decide on changes/fixes/adjustments.

The client is allowed one (1) major revision if they do not like the result after sketch and rough coloring.

When approval is given, I will continue to the lining/coloring and check in with you after every step. If there are any major revisions during this stage, the client will be charged accordingly. Please be clear in your explanations or descriptions to avoid any confusion.
