Hello! I'm Salt, a 2d illustrator that draws in a semi-anime style. I'm a self-taught digital artist who's currently in college and learning visual communication and UXUI Design.I love anime, manga, and the very repetitive reincarnation genre manhwas. I get a lot of my inspiration from manga and manhwa. [For Illustration Commissions] I don't work well on only descriptions so it would be nice if you have a reference ready but it's not required.
If I have accepted the commission, I will first send an invoice, and after the invoice has been paid, I will get back to you within a week or two with a rough sketch.
I reserve the right to turn down a commission request
Terms of Purchase
Payment expected within 24hrs after I send the invoice unless communicated and agreed upon otherwise

[For Illustration Commissions] Full drawing will start after full payment has been received
[For Vtuber Model Commissions] Full model drawing will start after any portion of payment has been received to the invoice, but will not be sent out until the full payment is received.
This is a digital good, there will be no physical product sent to the commissioner
I will not be rushing to complete any commissions. Unless there is a specific deadline agreed upon or a rush fee paid, I will not be rushing to complete the commission. I will get it out in a timely manner but it will not be my number 1 priority.
This line will be updated each time commissions are opened: Rush commissions are currently not an option due to an unpredictable schedule. Only commission if you are able to wait.
NDA Policy
I, the artist, have full rights to post whatever WIP (work in progress) screenshots and parts of the workflow on my social media
If there is no mention or discussion of this term or policy before the invoice is sent, I will assume the client has agreed to my posting of any WIPs.
In the case where the client wishes that I do not post, I reserve the rights to charge an NDA fee if the client wishes to keep their commission from being posted on my social media pages.
Usage Policy
The client has my permission to repost the artwork wherever they would like. Credit is needed to be given and they are not allowed to claim the art as their own. When crediting me, please credit me properly using @Sa1ty_Jelly on Twitter or Instagram.
Personal use commissions are for personal use, meaning no printing and selling of what I draw. Using the art as banners, profile pictures, background pictures, etc. is considered personal use and is allowed.
Commercial use commissions are available, and the terms and conditions of those will be agreed upon in private. If the commissioned piece is an illustration, there will be an additional fee for items of this category. Commercial use includes activities such as streaming, selling, or anything used to expand on your brand.
Illustration commissions are default personal use, meaning no printing and selling of what I draw. Using the art as banners, profile pictures, background pictures, etc. is considered personal use and is allowed.

Prohibited Actions
The client is prohibited from claiming my art as their own and editing my work without prior agreement.The client is absolutely prohibited to sell the work or anything implied as representing the work in any way, such as by a non-fungible token (NFT). It may not be referenced by new contracts, including on distributed applications.Commissioned Artwork can NOT be used for NFTs or anything related to cryptocurrency. Including but not limited to selling or trading. Under absolutely NO circumstances will I allow for my art to be associated with any NFTs of any kind.Commissioned artwork is NOT ALLOWED to be used to train AI's, nor is it allowed to be modified by AI's. My artwork should never interact with AI's. Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES will this rule be lifted or tolerated.

Refund Policy
Only applies to Character Art Commissions
Basic sketch lines finished: 50% refund
Line and flat color finished: 15% refund
When shading begins, there will be no refunds
Only applies to Live 2D Model Commissions
Sketch and color sent: 85% refund
Head, face, or hair finished: 50% refund
Anything afterwards: No refund
There will be no refunds for any character designs

Vtuber Model Process
The invoice will be sent through Stripe or Vgen, depending on which service is chosen. After payment, I will send the client one or two sketches to show what the model will look like.
During this time the client can decide on changes/fixes/adjustments. There are 2 Free Major Revisions given at this phase. This means the sketch will be edited and revised until the client is content with the visuals.
When approval is given, I will continue to the model creation and check in with you whenever I make progress on the model art.
Any major revisions that deviate from the original model drawing will be charged accordingly on a case by case basis. Please be clear in your explanations or descriptions to avoid any confusion.
Any fixes in assets will be free if a problem arises during rigging.
Partial payment plans are OK but will need to be discussed first.
Turn around time: 4-5 months from payment date
(maybe even earlier)
